We are currently searching for a Financial Analyst, Enterprise FP&A for our Finance team. The ideal candidate will conduct various enterprise-wide financial activities to include budgeting, modeling, forecasting and reporting to senior management. The analyst will be responsible for effectively collaborating with subject matter experts across all departments to identify meaningful and actionable, metrics, thresholds and expectations, to help drive informed decisions.
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Communicating effectively to drive awareness and access to data
  • Supporting the annual budget and reporting processes and identifying areas to improve the effectiveness of planning activities; includes alignment with enterprise strategy as well as prioritization of initiatives, timelines, tools, and methods
  • Preparing monthly reporting of actuals vs. budgeted, identifying trends, and presenting opportunities for senior leaders to drive improved performance
  • Supporting strategic initiatives and business decisions by tracking trends and metrics and delivering actionable insights on financial and business performance
  • Delivering analytical insight and ensuring key business performance risk, issues, and opportunities are appropriately identified
  • Supporting FP&A’s mission of providing high-quality analytic support by anticipating needs, benchmarking against peers, and challenging the way that the business thinks about performance and measurement
  • Participating in and leading corporate projects as appropriate and assigned
  • Serving as an effective partner to the Executive and Management Teams in all assigned areas
 
Qualifications and skills we are looking for include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with finance or accounting major, preferred
  • Strategic leadership skills and experience are a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build partnerships, influence decision work in a collaborative style and become a trusted business partner
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to convey complex issues to individuals with various technical backgrounds
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including high level expertise of Excel (for modeling and business case analysis)
