Indiana Farmers Insurance Wins Customer Experience Award

CX Elite AwardINDIANAPOLIS - Indiana Farmers Insurance was recognized on Thursday, April 12 with a CX Elite Award from MaritzCX in the “Excellence in Transforming an Organization” category.

This award celebrates the achievements and exceptional impact of those who set the bar higher in the customer experience (CX) industry. The award celebrates the people, teams, and companies that create elite customer experiences.

"We knew when we crafted a vision statement to be the smart insurance choice that it would require us to create a pathway to hear and understand the voice of the customer. For us it meant learning new skills and breaking new ground. Being recognized by MaritzCX affirms that we have made good decisions and are doing the right things," said Bart Anderson, VP of Marketing and Chief Vision Officer.

Among the recent customer experience achievements for Indiana Farmers Insurance noted by the award are:

  • Our SMART Space tool where any associate can submit an idea to improve customer experience

CX Elite Award
Our Customer Experience Manager, Jennifer Rulon, accepted the award on the company's behalf during the CXFusion event in Las Vegas. 

"It was an honor to represent Indiana Farmers Insurance receiving this award recognizing the hard work our associates have put in over the past year to continuously improve our members’ experiences with us," said Jennifer.

MartizCX provides customer experience and market research services for companies across the country and around the globe, ranging from Fortune 100 to mid-sized regional companies. 

Other companies recognized this year include Canon, General Motors, Xcel Energy, British Airways, Dell, and U.S. Cellular.
